Employers provide company details, job role, responsibilities, required skills, and expectations. The AI conducts a voice interview with technical, behavioral, situational, and role-specific questions, asking adaptive follow-ups based on responses. It analyzes technical knowledge, problem-solving, communication, behavioral responses, confidence, clarity, relevant skills, adaptability, and decision-making. It generates a score, strengths, weaknesses, feedback, and a competency profile. Its Role-Fit Engine identifies the best-fit role, suitable roles, roles possible with training, and unsuitable roles. HR receives insights and hiring recommendations.
