Ever struggled to pronounce a medication name correctly at a pharmacy?
MEDCLE is a voice-based pharmacy communication layer built to make these everyday interactions clearer and safer. Customers often know what medication they want but may mispronounce unfamiliar names, struggle to communicate the strength, or simply have difficulty explaining what they need.
MEDCLE listens to the customer speak naturally, extracts only what was actually said, and reads the request back for confirmation. For example: “I heard amoxicillin, 500 milligrams. Is that correct?”
Once confirmed, the clearer request can be handled by the pharmacist.
MEDCLE does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend medication, or decide what is medically appropriate. It focuses on one thing: helping the pharmacist understand what the customer is actually asking for.
