`Mimamori Care Ops Voice is an evidence-grounded voice incident operations system for frontline care teams. When a worker reports a fall, collapse, fever, breathing concern, injury, or another unusual situation, AssemblyAI converts the spoken report into a final transcript and preserves the raw transcript as evidence. A bounded Situation Understanding layer then extracts only a limited set of critical facts. AWS Bedrock can assist with this step, but a Critical Fact Guard prevents unsupported information from being silently treated as confirmed. If the AI provider fails, times out, or returns invalid output, the system falls back to deterministic rules. The AI does not diagnose, determine emergency severity, choose the final SOP, assign responders, accept handoffs, close cases, or send external communications on its own. Instead, verified information becomes a Care Ops Case with deterministic next actions, explicit ownership, handoff state, and Human Confirm before outbound communication. The goal is simple: reduce the time from an incident report to verifiable support completion while keeping humans accountable for every safety-critical decision.`
