Built for natural, conversational Roman Urdu and localized English, it ensures no customer call goes unanswered. The Problem Traditional phone ordering in Pakistan suffers from high-friction IVR menus and overwhelmed staff during peak hours. Restaurants lose significant revenue from dropped calls, while customers deal with long wait times and miscommunicated orders. How It Works Powered by AssemblyAI, Hukm Karo handles noisy background environments, processes complex order customizations (e.g., extra spicy, specific drink choices), and converts messy conversations into structured JSON. It validates order details, confirms addresses, and routes tickets directly to kitchen workflows in real time.
