A real-time voice AI briefing assistant for real estate agents. Before each showing, the agent selects a lead from their live CRM, clicks Start Briefing, and has a natural voice conversation to get up to speed on who they're meeting, the property interest, budget, urgency, and approach strategy. Built on AssemblyAI Realtime STT, Claude, and ElevenLabs, connected to an existing 5-workflow lead management system running on n8n and Airtable.
