HangON is a voice first intake system built with AssemblyAI's Voice Agent API. It helps operations teams, service desks, and community programs capture requests without forcing people through long forms or rigid menus. A requester explains what they need naturally through the browser microphone. HangON uses AudioWorklet capture and a server minted AssemblyAI Voice Agent session to support realtime speech, transcription, spoken responses, interruption handling, and tool calls. The workspace controls the prompts, required information, and available actions. Instead of silently creating or routing work, HangON asks clarifying questions, creates a structured request, reads the summary back, and waits for explicit confirmation. The confirmation is signed and bound to the exact workspace, summary, details, route, and idempotency key. If any detail changes, the approval no longer matches. HangON was built to make voice intake feel natural while keeping every detail intact and secure
