"RouteProof team on AssemblyAI - Voice Agent Hackathon Hackathon"

Team Idea

RouteProof

A rider talks through a failed delivery while still on the route. RouteProof asks for missing facts, turns the conversation into a reviewable exception, and leaves the final decision with a dispatcher.
