Team Idea
SawtAI is a bilingual Arabic–English, voice-first AI service assistant for municipalities. Citizens send natural voice notes through WhatsApp or Telegram to report issues such as blocked parking, waste, or street-light faults. The system uses real-time speech-to-text, intent and language detection, evidence collection, case creation, department routing, grounded response drafting, human approval, and spoken replies with a complete audit trail. Our team combines AI engineering and product development. We welcome collaborators experienced in AssemblyAI real-time speech recognition, Arabic dialects, voice UX, FastAPI/React, or responsible AI.
