"Sona team on AssemblyAI - Voice Agent Hackathon Hackathon"
Team Idea
The idea is simple: make it easier for people to understand, consume, and interact with information they already have. For students, you could upload a PDF or class notes and have Sona AI turn them into audio, create simplified lecture notes, generate questions for practice, or even turn the notes into a proper PDF. For businesses, you could upload reports and data, and Sona AI would analyze them, break down things like income and expenses, and give you a clearer overview of what’s going on. For creators, imagine being able to turn a long article, post, or piece of written content into audio and simply listen instead of reading everything. I also want to add a call feature where you can actually talk to the AI naturally, almost like having a conversation over a phone call.
