"Talos Tech team on AssemblyAI - Voice Agent Hackathon Hackathon"

Team Idea

We are building FieldNote, a voice-first field operations platform that turns natural spoken reports into structured, actionable workflows. Field workers can report incidents, inspections and maintenance needs while on site. FieldNote extracts key details, identifies missing information, assigns tasks to the appropriate team member and tracks each report through acknowledgement and resolution. We are building for mobile-first field teams working across facilities, energy, construction, agriculture and other operational environments. Our current focus is delivering a polished working prototype using AssemblyAI’s real-time speech technology. We are open to collaborating with developers experienced in voice AI, conversational systems and reliable full-stack implementation.
