Team Idea
We’re building DukaanOS, an AI voice employee for small businesses. It can answer customer questions, understand natural conversations, qualify leads, take orders, schedule appointments, capture customer details and trigger business actions through voice. The agent uses AssemblyAI for real time voice interaction and tool calling, with a business specific knowledge base so it responds based on the actual business rather than generic information. We want to make AI automation accessible to local businesses that cannot afford dedicated customer support teams. We’re looking for builders interested in AI agents, voice technology, full stack development, APIs and product design to help us turn the prototype into a polished, production ready experience.
