Team Idea
We’re building Tukana AI, a platform that turns complex legal workflows into executable software, starting with M&A. We have mapped 8 transaction types, 47 phases and 213 steps, identifying 92 that can be automated and 27 public and regulatory sources that can be integrated. Tukana connects documents, external data, firm templates and AI agents to organize transactions, analyze information and generate outputs, while lawyers remain in control of review and decisions. We already have a functional MVP and a team combining legal, M&A and AI expertise. For this hackathon, we’re looking for strong AI, backend or full-stack developers interested in agents, automation, integrations and enterprise AI.
