Building Vera, a clinical voice agent for post-surgical follow-up, built for Colombian Spanish . It calls recently discharged patients, answers questions using only their clinical documents, cites the source behind every answer, and escalates red-flag symptoms to a human.

Vera: Voice Follow-up After Surgery, in Spanish

Vera calls patients after surgery in Colombian Spanish, answers only from their own discharge plan with cited sources, and alerts the care team on Slack when a red flag appears. A deterministic safety engine reads every word before any model does.
