Heard, Chef!

Heard Chef is a voice head chef that runs the timing of a whole multi-dish dinner, for cooks whose hands are busy and eyes are on the pan. Pick a menu and a serving time: Chef plans every dish backwards and calls each step out loud when it's due. When something slips, just say "Hey Chef, the curry needs ten more minutes" and the whole dinner re-plans: serving flips from 8:00 to 8:10 and every step slides. You can interrupt Chef mid-sentence, ask cooking questions, and add or drop dishes mid-cook. Off-topic questions get steered back to dinner. Talk your own family recipe through, and Chef turns it into a timed recipe with suggestions. Built on two AssemblyAI products in one static web page. Universal-Streaming is the always-on "Hey Chef" ears and recipe dictation. The Voice Agent API is Chef's brain and voice, with seven in-browser tool calls and a text-in recipe scribe. A deterministic planner does the maths, backed by 313 tests and 16 live API tests.
