Team Idea
VoiceCare is a voice-first care documentation app that lets family caregivers record daily health observations so doctors get accurate, continuous data between appointments.
Millions of people with chronic conditions rely on family caregivers to monitor blood pressure, glucose, and symptoms. Most health documentation tools are built for clinicians, not the person doing the daily monitoring.
With VoiceCare, caregivers speak naturally, like leaving a voice note. A Medical STT model transcribes the full session with clinical accuracy, then a voice agent reviews the transcript, resolves ambiguities, and reads the draft back. Our key innovation is Adaptive Health Vocabulary: the system learns a caregiver's personal phrasing (such as "her heart is 70" for pulse) with explicit permission, while refusing to guess unstated units. Once the caregiver confirms the audible readback, VoiceCare saves an appointment-ready record for the doctor.
