VoxSales is a production-grade, real-time speech-to-speech AI voice agent solution that connects live voice conversations with an automated CRM pipeline
. The core product utilizes the AssemblyAI Voice Agent API alongside a custom Node.js/Express WebSocket Voice Bridge to route real-time audio transport via Telnyx WebRTC
. While a call is live, the agent executes interactive function tools (such as booking demos or qualifying leads)
. Once the call ends, the system automatically triggers an n8n automation workflow that conducts an LLM-based BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) analysis and synchronizes structured analytics back to Airtable and Telegram
