Team Idea

I am building ChangeScope, a developer workflow tool powered by IBM Bob 2.0 that helps developers understand the full impact of a code change before it is merged or released. ChangeScope analyzes a developer’s code changes and uses specialized agents to review areas such as code dependencies, database queries, API behavior, tests, configuration, and documentation. It then combines those findings into a clear impact report showing what changed, what may be affected, and where additional tests, documentation, or validation may be needed. The goal is to help developers answer one important question quickly: “What else could this change affect?” For the team, we need people interested in backend development, developer tools, testing, code analysis, and AI-assisted workflows. Experience with Git, APIs, databases, or building developer tooling would be especially helpful.

ChangeScope helps Go developers understand the blast radius of a code change by combining Git diff analysis, Go AST symbol detection, potential reference discovery, related-test detection, and IBM Bob-assisted impact analysis.
