Problem & Solution Statement Problem: Preparing a software release can require developers to review many changes, identify potential deployment risks, and remember multiple pre-deployment steps. Important information can be scattered across commits, pull requests, project configuration, and documentation, making release preparation harder to scan quickly. Solution: ReleaseReady is a developer-focused web application that organizes release-readiness information into one dashboard. It presents a structured changelog divided into Features, Fixes, and Breaking Changes, a Risks Detected section with severity levels, and a Deployment Checklist containing actionable steps and their sources. The goal is to give developers a clearer release-preparation workflow: understand what changed, identify areas that may require attention, and work through important deployment checks before shipping. The current prototype is implemented using plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and runs as a static web application. Its demonstration report uses prepared repository-analysis data locally in the application, allowing the prototype to run without a backend or external API calls.
