KIRA StreamPilot is an AI-powered livestream co-producer that helps creators understand and respond to their audience in real time. During a livestream, creators must entertain viewers while monitoring chat, engagement, audience mood, platform activity, and potential problems. Important signals are often missed because everything happens faster than one person can process. KIRA StreamPilot combines simulated Twitch and YouTube activity in one operations dashboard. It tracks viewer trends and chat engagement, analyzes audience sentiment, identifies topics and risks, generates suggested responses, and provides actionable producer recommendations while the stream is running. Key features include multi-platform monitoring, live audience insights, KIRA Chat, mood and risk detection, response suggestions, alerts, demonstration scenarios, producer controls, and a complete post-stream recap with key events and recommendations. The AI architecture is designed for reliability. Google Gemini is the primary provider, OpenRouter is the fallback provider, and a local demo engine keeps the experience functional if both services or the network are unavailable. AI requests are handled through a Supabase Edge Function, ensuring that API keys remain server-side and are never exposed in browser code. KIRA StreamPilot was built using React, TypeScript, Vite, Supabase Edge Functions, Google Gemini, OpenRouter, and Natively. The current prototype uses a realistic multi-platform simulation to demonstrate the complete journey from stream setup and live monitoring to AI assistance and post-stream analysis. Future versions could connect official streaming APIs, store historical data, and deliver personalized recommendations based on previous broadcasts. KIRA StreamPilot turns livestream audience chaos into real-time, actionable decisions—AI watches the room while the creator runs the show.
