PolicySignal is an AI-powered policy impact analysis platform designed for investors, analysts, researchers, and policy teams. It transforms complex policy documents into structured and explainable market intelligence. Users can paste policy text into the platform, and the system identifies the policy’s main purpose, key provisions, and potential economic effects. It then maps these findings to affected industries and screens relevant public companies for possible positive or negative exposure. The platform presents the results through a clear dashboard containing a policy summary, industry-level signals, company impact directions, confidence indicators, and concise explanations. PolicySignal does not provide automatic trading recommendations or predict stock-price movements. Instead, it serves as a transparent first-pass research assistant that helps users understand what changed, which companies may be affected, and why. The current MVP demonstrates the complete workflow from policy input to impact review. Its lightweight architecture separates AI interpretation, industry mapping, company screening, and result presentation. A local rule-based fallback also keeps the demonstration responsive when the external AI service is unavailable. Future versions could add official source citations, document retrieval, validated company data, evaluation datasets, real-time policy monitoring, scenario comparison, and portfolio alerts. Built with native.builder for the AI Factory Hackathon 2026, PolicySignal demonstrates how native AI can make policy research faster, more consistent, and easier to review.
