The shipped checks were green. Jury still rejected stage 3: an overdraft of 8001 against 8000 available was accepted, and a hold-timestamp defect produced negative available balances. The seats repaired the defects; Jury re-ran the evidence before accepting. Dolphin Tank separates building from acceptance. Route coordinates, Forge builds the backend, Loom builds the browser app, Trace attacks the system, and Jury reviews from a clean clone without fixing the work it rejects. The result is Pocketful, a Go wallet and payments service in four complete stage folders: payments, requests, splits, authorizations, historical statements, corrections and refunds. Five generic mandates, FACTORY.md, the full BAND room export and commit-linked review evidence make the work inspectable. The project reports all four stages passing the official harness in isolated mode from a fresh public clone. Independent preparation passed current stage-4 Go tests, 21 browser-logic tests and the official offline layout/seat/mandate check. Shipped checks are not the withheld evaluation. A genuine local product walkthrough uses seeded test balances; it is not clean-container proof. Autonomy limitation: seven human text messages, four stage dispatches plus three resumes after provider usage limits. This was not fully hands-off. FACTORY.md discloses timestamps and context. Estimated model spend is $196.92 at list prices, not a bill; active room time is about 10.2 hours.
