When a deal closes, the account manager pastes a brief and uploads the signed contract. Four AI agents powered by Gemini activate: a Research Agent reads the PDF and the client's website using Gemini's native multimodal capabilities; an Orchestrator plans strategy and delegates; a Communication Agent drafts and sends personalized emails; and a Project Agent builds a milestone plan, assigns team members, and flags risks it identified independently. When the client submits the intake form, agents re-activate automatically with no human trigger. They read the responses, update the project plan, send a personalized confirmation, and notify the team. If a meeting is needed, the agent generates the request and surfaces it to the PM for review.
