Pocketful

Pocketful Dark Factory is a reusable software factory of four Claude Code seats working in one Band Desktop room. A human pastes one task message per stage, containing the full specification, and sends nothing else. A reviewed, committed and independently checked service comes out. Each seat has exactly one job. The coordinator splits the task into work items and sends self-contained handoffs. The implementer builds the stage and commits it. The tester writes a black-box acceptance suite from the written requirements alone and never sees the implementation, so its tests cannot be shaped by the code. The reviewer builds the exact committed revision from a clean export, re-runs every check itself, and answers ACCEPTED or BLOCKED with evidence. It never edits code, so no seat approves its own work. The mandates contain no track-specific vocabulary, so another team can point the same four files at a different specification. In the submitted run the factory completed all four stages of the Pocketful wallet and payments track in about 114 minutes: payments, requests, splits and settlements, then holds and captures with a browser UI, then a ledger with statements and corrections, then refunds and batch corrections. The band wrote 391 acceptance tests of its own, and every stage folder claims its stage on the organizers' shipped checks in isolated mode. The result is a dependency-free Node.js and TypeScript service. FACTORY.md records the design choices, the measured time and cost, and the limitations.
