EasyLedger: Sales Made Clear

EasyLedger helps small shop, food stand, and drink stall owners record and understand their sales through conversation. Owners can add products and say what they sold. Before saving a sale, EasyLedger shows the details and asks for confirmation. For example, an owner can say, “Today I sold ten orange juices at $1.50 each and six mango juices at $1.80 each.” EasyLedger calculates a total of $25.80. If the owner corrects the orange juice quantity to eight, it updates the existing sale and the total becomes $22.80. Owners can ask about their sales and create or change dashboard charts by speaking. They can compare products, see daily sales, and open the records behind a chart. Dashboards can be saved and reopened, and manual controls provide another way to work. AssemblyAI powers the voice conversation, while EasyLedger checks the details, calculates totals, and saves the records.
