Blast Radius Zero is a containment-first agent for Vultr Agent Rush (Challenge 1). A browser UI accepts a task; the control plane calls Vultr Serverless Inference to produce a short Python script; the script executes only inside a throwaway Docker container with no network, resource limits, and automatic destruction. Results and containment metadata return to the page. Stack: Ubuntu 24.04 on Vultr Shared CPU, Docker, FastAPI/Uvicorn, Vultr Serverless Inference. Demo shows successful sandbox execution (Fibonacci) and a failed outbound HTTP attempt under --network none. Every run is isolated, so generated code cannot reach the host or the network.
