LedgerHawk
LedgerHawk is a working accounts-payable invoice-review prototype for AP clerks and controllers. Users select a synthetic invoice PDF or upload one for review. The app extracts invoice fields, compares them against vendor, purchase-order, and prior-ledger records, and applies deterministic controls for duplicates, bank-account changes, missing POs, and price mismatches. In live mode, three Evolus workflows handle PDF extraction, assessment, and a demo-only routing acknowledgement. The FastAPI app remains authoritative: duplicates are rejected; high-risk discrepancies escalate to human review; other mandatory failures are held; clean invoices are approved. The interface shows field-level checks, the decision rationale, an audit trail, a review queue, and local vendor/PO records. LedgerHawk is a controlled demo—not a payment, ERP, or messaging system. It uses synthetic data, keeps records in memory, and displays draft vendor text without sending it.
