MerchantPal is an AI-powered voice business assistant designed to make business management simpler for small merchants. Instead of relying on paper records, memory, calculators, or complicated accounting software, merchants can simply talk to MerchantPal to record sales, purchases, and expenses. The AI understands natural conversations, converts them into structured business records, and helps keep inventory and financial information up to date. Merchants can also ask questions about their business, such as how much they made, what they spent, which products are performing well, or what they may need to restock. Starting with Nigeria’s informal economy, MerchantPal aims to make bookkeeping, inventory management, and business insights accessible through a simple, voice-first experience.
