We've all been in that meeting. Someone drops a term you don't know, a deadline gets agreed in passing, and by the time you've worked out what they meant, the conversation has moved on. Roxi is the copilot we wanted in those moments. Roxi is a native macOS app. It listens to your microphone and your system audio, so it works with Zoom, Google Meet, Teams or Slack without a bot joining the call. The audio streams to AssemblyAI's Universal-3.5-Pro streaming model, which gives us the live transcript and speaker labels. Before the call you type a line or two about the meeting, and Roxi sends that to AssemblyAI as a prompt and as key terms, so product names and team jargon come through correctly. Every finished sentence then goes through a small team of AI agents written in Rust. A local filter skips small talk. One agent keeps track of the topic and how complex the discussion is, and another explains what was just said in plain English. When things get harder, more agents step in to break down the technical detail, flag risks, and pick out decisions and action items. Finally, Roxi suggests a reply you can actually say next. After the meeting, "Ask Roxi" lets you chat with all your past meetings, uploaded PDFs and the web, with sources. By default your meeting history is kept in a local database on your Mac. Roxi is built with Tauri, Rust, React and Node.js. There's a free 5-minute trial, and Pro is £12 a month.
