Team Double Charge Club built Lane for the IBM Bob 2.0 hackathon. Problem: Developer teams lose time on incidents, repeat support tickets, unsafe releases, slow onboarding, and scattered security advisories—often with no single system deciding what runs next or when a workflow is done. Solution: Lane is a Python orchestrator that runs five specialist agent apps on one shared fictional repository (Harbor Stay): incident, ticket_patch, release_gate, onboarding, and advisory. The orchestrator alone decides what runs, execution order, JSON handoff packets, error handling, and completion. Agents do not call each other directly. Example chain: alert → incident → ticket_patch (idempotency fix + tests) → release_gate (contract/migration/tests). IBM Bob 2.0: Used in Agent mode to implement and improve agents, release_gate summaries, and documentation. Task session screenshots are attached. Try it: - Live demo (replay of real run logs): https://lane-harbor-stay.vercel.app - Full source & local run: https://github.com/Ravi-Saxena-kronos/lane-harbor-stay Commands: python3 -m lane run --trigger alert | ticket | release | onboard | advisory

Night Desk is a talking night clerk for a fictional Tajmahal Hotel in New Delhi. The front desk closes at 11 PM. Guests still need a room, a real price, and a confirmation they can show at arrival. The agent runs on the AssemblyAI Voice Agent API. It can only do three things: check_availability, quote_rate, and create_booking. Rates are in rupees. Demo night is Friday 25 September 2026. If inventory does not return a room or a number, the agent does not say one. It will not book without an explicit yes and a guest name. Judges can prove this in three spoken tests. An honest Friday-to-Sunday booking returns a real confirmation. A request for two thousand rupees is refused because the cheapest open rate is eight thousand five hundred. Deluxe King for three tonight is sold out. The live demo is a browser call. The API key never reaches the page. After a booking, the Stay tab can print or download the confirmation.
