MeetCore is an AI meeting intelligence platform engineered to transform raw conversation audio into an active operational memory layer. MeetCore eliminates manual documentation by turning speech directly into automated business execution. At its foundation, AssemblyAI powers the end-to-end ingestion pipeline, providing low-latency transcription, speaker diarization, and structured audio comprehension across MP4, MP3, and WAV recordings. Instead of generating passive text walls, MeetCore routes AssemblyAI’s structured transcription into specialized extraction engines that isolate action items, resolve vague deadlines, catalog decisions with speaker attribution, and draft follow-up emails. What sets MeetCore apart is its voice-first retrieval architecture. Rather than requiring users to type prompts into mid-call chat boxes, MeetCore introduces Nio, a meeting-aware voice agent powered by a FastAPI orchestrator, Groq RAG, and sub-second speech synthesis. Users converse naturally with Nio to interrogate the discussion: ask who owns an upcoming deliverable, request priority summaries, or command Nio to dispatch action logs. By uniting AssemblyAI’s speech intelligence with conversational RAG and automated workflow execution, MeetCore proves that post-meeting audio is not an archive to be filed away, but a dynamic source of truth that drives immediate team alignment.
