VoiceX Recover — Speak. Match. Recover.
Losing an item shouldn't mean filling out forms, waiting in queues, and hoping someone finds the right record. VoiceX Recover turns lost-and-found into a conversational recovery workflow. A person simply speaks: “I lost a black backpack near Platform 4. It has a Lenovo laptop, a blue notebook, and a red keychain.” VoiceX uses AssemblyAI's real-time voice capabilities to understand the conversation and convert it into a structured item profile containing the item type, attributes, contents, location, and time. When staff report a found item, VoiceX creates a corresponding structured record. Our matching engine compares lost and found reports using multiple signals such as item attributes, location, time, and contents to identify potential matches. But a potential match is not treated as ownership. VoiceX starts a conversational verification step and asks the owner for additional identifying information that can help distinguish the item from similar reports. The resulting evidence is presented to authorized staff through a recovery dashboard, where they can confirm, request more verification, or reject the match. The result is a complete workflow: Speak → Structure → Match → Verify → Recover VoiceX Recover is designed for organizations that manage large volumes of lost property, including railway and metro stations, airports, universities, hotels, malls, stadiums, events, and public-service organizations. The system is intentionally human-in-the-loop: AI identifies and organizes information, while authorized staff make the final recovery decision. This creates a practical, auditable approach to using voice AI for real-world recovery operations. VoiceX Recover doesn't just record what was lost. It helps connect the right person to the right recovered item, faster.
