In B2B sales, deals fall apart because of what was said on the call. A buyer says "yeah that should work" and the salesperson treats it as a confirmed deal. The buyer meant "maybe, pending finance approval." By the time this surfaces it is a dispute, not a correction. PromiseGuard solves this by tracking every commercial term through a 5-state commitment model: Possibility, Tentative, Conditional, Apparent Commitment, and Confirmed. Drift is flagged the moment a term jumps from tentative to assumed-agreed without explicit confirmation. The app works with both recorded audio files and live browser calls. AssemblyAI transcribes calls with speaker diarization and entity detection. For live calls, a hybrid drift checker runs every 5 lines — keywords first, then Gemini if keywords miss — showing a live warning banner while the call is still running. After the call, Gemini 2.5 Flash analyzes the full transcript, classifies every commercial term through the 5-state model, and produces a full audit trail with evidence cards pinned to exact transcript lines, a state change trail, missing evidence description, and a suggested clarifying question. What makes PromiseGuard unique is reliability. Every line ID returned by Gemini is validated against the real transcript. Hallucinated IDs are rejected. Backwards state changes are rejected. No AI-generated evidence reaches the user unless it is grounded in the actual transcript. The agreement record can be exported as PDF or shared via a unique link. Every call is saved to Firestore. Built on AssemblyAI, powered by Gemini 2.5 Flash, deployed on Vercel.
