SafarSync AI is a production-grade, voice-first fleet management and telematics platform engineered to eliminate distracted driving and paperwork fatigue for commercial drivers, delivery fleets, and independent owner-operators. Commercial drivers are forced to choose between road safety and manual record-keeping. Typing receipts and trip logs into smartphones inside moving vehicles creates severe road hazards and causes over $12,000 in unrecovered fuel write-offs and tax deductions annually per vehicle. SafarSync solves this with a zero-typing, voice-first pipeline: 1. AssemblyAI Universal-3 acts as the speech engine, capturing driver voice commands in high-noise cabin conditions (highway wind, diesel engine hum). 2. Gemini 1.5 Flash reasons over the acoustic transcript, extracting entities (vehicle ID, fuel volume, currency cost, category, odometer readings) into validated, SQL-ready schemas. 3. Live Telemetry & Logbook calculates instant key performance indicators—such as Cost per Kilometer, Fuel Efficiency (km/L), and predictive service reminders—stored in a searchable tabular logbook with CSV export capabilities. Built with React 18, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Recharts, and Web Audio API, SafarSync provides independent truckers and fleet managers with enterprise-grade telematics with zero manual data entry.
