SmartLink Voice is an autonomous, hands-free voice intelligence agent designed for real-time big data analytics and automated campaign protection. ### The Problem Marketing executives and media buyers manage high-velocity ad campaigns across multiple channels (TikTok, YouTube, Twitter). Analyzing millions of click events and detecting bot fraud traditionally requires typing complex SQL queries or navigating crowded dashboards, causing delays in mission-critical marketing decisions. ### How It Works & Key Innovations 1. **Real-Time Voice-First Interaction:** Powered by AssemblyAI's cutting-edge voice technology (Speech-to-Text and Voice Agent API), users simply speak naturally to query traffic velocity, platform comparisons, and bot percentages. 2. **Autonomous Tool Calling & Analytics:** The agent dynamically interprets spoken intent, executes read-only analytical SQL queries on ClickHouse Cloud with sub-second latency, and extracts real-time insights. 3. **Automated Bot Shield:** Delivers instant auditory and visual breakdowns of human vs. bot click ratios to prevent ad-spend waste. 4. **Synchronized Multimodal Output:** As the voice agent speaks its analytical summary, the frontend dynamically animates interactive Recharts bar graphs and displays live execution logs. ### Tech Stack * **Voice AI Stack:** AssemblyAI (Realtime Speech-to-Text / Voice Agent API) * **Frontend:** React, Tailwind CSS, Recharts for dynamic visual graphs * **Backend:** Node.js, Express, BullMQ, Redis * **Data Engine:** ClickHouse Cloud (Big Data analytics) & MongoDB SmartLink Voice transforms complex big-data exploration into an effortless, conversational voice experience.

SmartLink is an autonomous AI-driven analytics and decision engine designed for high-frequency operations and real-time data intelligence. ### The Problem Modern digital campaigns and trading platforms generate massive volumes of real-time transactions. Traditional analytics tools take hours or days to batch-process clickstreams, making it impossible to detect fraud, anomalies, and high-velocity signals instantly. ### How It Works & Key Features 1. Autonomous LLM Agent: Powered by advanced function-calling, the AI agent autonomously inspects the database schema, formulates read-only SQL queries, and analyzes big data in milliseconds. 2. Real-Time Big Data Engine: Integrates with ClickHouse Cloud to process over 50,000 real-time events with sub-second latency. 3. Automated Bot Shield & Anomaly Detection: Evaluates transaction legitimacy, filtering out malicious scrapers and bots on the fly. 4. Dynamic Visualizations: Frontend automatically captures analytical data and renders interactive charts and execution logs dynamically. ### Tech Stack * Frontend: React, Tailwind CSS, Recharts * Backend: Node.js, Express, BullMQ, Redis * Database: ClickHouse Cloud & MongoDB * AI: Google Generative AI SDK with autonomous tool-calling
