### The Problem When critical infrastructure incidents strike production at 3 AM, every second matters. Traditional Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) workflows force on-call engineers to authenticate through VPNs, parse fragmented dashboards, and manually run complex CLI commands. This friction inflates Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) and risks catastrophic syntax errors under stress. ### The Solution: VoiceOps Controller VoiceOps Controller is an enterprise-grade, autonomous voice-driven SRE incident remediation engine. Powered by AssemblyAI's v3 Realtime Streaming WebSocket API, VoiceOps transforms spoken operator intent into deterministic, zero-hallucination infrastructure interventions in sub-second latency. ### Key Architectural Features - Sub-Second Streaming Audio Pipeline: Ingests 16kHz PCM audio via low-latency async WebSockets to AssemblyAI, recognizing specialized terminology (Kubernetes, SIGKILL, 5xx cascades) with sub-300ms transcription latency. - Deterministic Intent Parser & Safety Gate: Replaces brittle LLM tool-calling with a state machine and fuzzy entity matching across 5 languages. Destructive mutations require explicit two-phase voice confirmation backed by single-use execution tokens. - Real-Time Telemetry HUD: Built with FastAPI, WebSockets, and Canvas visualizers, providing live cluster telemetry (CPU, RAM, 5xx error rate, P99 latency) with instantaneous state synchronization. - Automated Post-Mortem Intelligence: Upon successful mitigation (achieved in a verified 184ms MTTR), VoiceOps invokes Groq-accelerated LLaMA-3 to generate an SRE incident post-mortem and dispatches alerts directly to Discord. Backed by 307 automated unit/integration tests and packaged for one-click Docker deployment, VoiceOps sets a new benchmark for mission-critical DevOps automation.
