EvidenTurn turns an out-of-order consumer complaint into a draft a reviewer can inspect. It links extracted facts to final transcript turns, keeps supported corrections visible, asks for missing information and exports Markdown/JSON. AssemblyAI Realtime STT v3 supplies transcripts and word timings; our deterministic engine handles intake. Interim words do not enter the case. This uses our own orchestration, not AssemblyAI's end-to-end Voice Agent API or an external LLM. One real test streamed synthetic English PCM to universal-3-5-pro. It returned six final turns, reported 23 audio seconds and 29 session seconds, then terminated and closed normally. HarborHome Repairs was misheard as Harbour Rome Repairs. We preserved that error and its low-confidence words; the case stayed Draft without confirmation. This is integration evidence with a recognition gap, not a perfect transcription pass. The hosted demo needs no API key: try the synthetic offline case or replay those saved service finals. A separate typed correction shows how to fix the name while retaining its original source. Replaying and correcting do not create another API session. Optional live streaming runs in the local app and sends audio to AssemblyAI; physical microphone capture remains unverified. Readiness requires all required fields, an evidence mention, confirmation and no unresolved conflicts or current recognition warnings. It does not verify facts or receipts. Transcript hashes fingerprint text, not identity or truth. A person still checks the handoff. EvidenTurn does not decide claims, contact businesses or submit complaints. Its usefulness to support teams remains to be tested.
