After moving in, Roomie automates expense coordination through a built-in shared ledger that splits bills (such as utilities and rent) equally or by custom ratios, allowing direct payments through Paystack. By standardizing student tenant credibility with verification badges and mapping rental connection histories, Roomie establishes a secure, transparent trust protocol connecting student renters, hostel managers, and external real estate platforms.
