VOICE2ERP is a voice-first sales assistant that connects natural conversation with real business processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The project is designed for salespeople who need customer context before a meeting or need to turn a customer request into an ERP transaction afterwards. Instead of navigating multiple ERP screens, a salesperson can simply ask for a customer briefing. VOICE2ERP retrieves current customer, sales, order, quote and receivables information directly from a dedicated Business Central sandbox and returns a concise spoken response. VOICE2ERP also supports controlled sales-quote preparation. A salesperson can request a quote naturally, for example for two whiteboards for Adatum Corporation. AssemblyAI handles the real-time voice session and agent orchestration, while Business Central remains the source of truth for customer and item identity. The agent resolves the requested product against live ERP data and prepares a read-only quote preview. Writes are deliberately separated from the conversational agent. The user must review the resolved customer, item and quantity and explicitly select “Confirm & create” in the web interface before anything is written to Business Central. After execution, VOICE2ERP re-reads the created quote and its lines from Business Central and verifies the expected customer, item and quantity before reporting success. The result is not a generic voice chatbot layered over an ERP. It is a voice-driven workflow with live enterprise data, Business Central-native entity resolution, explicit human authorization and read-after-write verification. The current hackathon prototype uses a dedicated demo tenant and focuses on customer briefings and single-item draft sales quotes rather than claiming production-ready ERP automation.
