SurakshaAI -Hinglish Voice Guardian Rescue Agent
In India, a caller claims your KYC has expired and your account will be blocked in two hours. You read out the OTP, and the money is gone in SurakshaAI covers both halves of that lifecycle, over one AssemblyAI Universal-3.6 Pro streaming pipeline that handles Hinglish natively — Hindi and English switching inside a single sentence, plus Marathi and Urdu. During the call, the guard reads the caller's speech live. When it detects OTP harvesting it arms, then severs the victim's outbound audio the instant they begin to speak — using local voice detection in the browser's audio thread, with no network round trip. We measured 1,042 ms from audio to first transcript, which proves the obvious design, muting the individual spoken digit, is impossible. So we mute the channel, not the word. The agent then asks the one question a scammer cannot answer: which number are you calling from? RBI requires banks to use the 1600xx series. After the money is gone, the victim simply talks. Four Gemini tools classify the fraud and extract the facts while they are still speaking, asking aloud for anything missing rather than inventing it, and produce a 1930/NCRP complaint draft. It never files anything, never accepts an OTP, and never stores a digit run. The victim files; we prepare.
