Meetings generate valuable decisions, commitments and unanswered questions, but ordinary note-taking tools often reduce them to passive summaries. Echooo is an evidence-aware AI meeting agent built with AssemblyAI that turns live conversation into a reliable, reviewable record. Echooo transcribes meeting audio with speaker separation, identifies decisions, action items and open questions, and links every extracted finding back to the relevant transcript passage and timestamp. When someone directly addresses Echooo, it can answer using current-meeting evidence and previously approved context. If the evidence is insufficient, it says so rather than inventing an answer. For proactive clarification, Echooo keeps the host in control. It privately suggests a question with its reason and supporting evidence; the host can approve, edit or dismiss it before anything is spoken. Findings also pass through a human review flow, so only confirmed results enter the final summary. The deployed browser experience demonstrates live recording, searchable transcripts, evidence-linked answers, reviewable findings, persistence after refresh, and structured meeting summaries. Echooo transforms conversation into accountable organizational memory without removing human judgment.
