Dark Factory by 3A Battery is a fully autonomous, parallel multi-agent software engineering factory built on BAND Desktop. Designed to overcome the brittle protocols, circular debates, and token explosion common in multi-agent systems, our factory delivers complete full-stack applications with zero human intervention. ### Factory Architecture & Roles We decouple creative engineering from objective verification across 9 specialized seats: - Productive Creators: @architect establishes system design and technical specs. Dedicated @dev and @tester pairs build the backend and frontend simultaneously, while @int_tester authors end-to-end integration suites. - Silent Status Checkers: Independent checkers (@checker, @checker_fe, @int_checker) execute test suites only after creators finish. They write zero files, generate zero chat noise, and output strict PASS/FAIL verdicts. ### Workflow & Self-Healing Pipeline The Architect writes the specification file to disk, establishing an immutable single source of truth. Backend and frontend streams execute in parallel without premature test runs. When a test fails, the Checker routes the failure to the Tester to diagnose and guide the Developer through targeted code fixes.
