CreditTalk is an AI-powered voice interview agent designed to make loan application interviews more natural, accessible, and efficient. Instead of forcing borrowers through rigid forms, CreditTalk conducts a conversational interview, asks adaptive follow up questions, explains confusing questions in simpler language, and handles interruptions or corrections naturally. It can support multiple loan types, including personal, home, education, vehicle, and business loans. During the interview, CreditTalk transcribes the conversation in real time, extracts important financial details, identifies possible inconsistencies, and asks for clarification when needed. At the end of the session, it generates a structured summary and full transcript for the lender or underwriter to review. CreditTalk does not approve or reject loans. Its goal is to improve the quality of borrower interviews, reduce manual note taking, and give lending teams a clearer, more auditable understanding of each applicant.
