Zephyrus is a Chromium-based browser with a voice-driven agent built in. Say "Hey Zep, open the pricing page and compare the two cheapest plans", or hold Ctrl+Shift+Space, speak, and let go. AssemblyAI (universal-3-5-pro) turns your voice into text and the agent does the task on the real web page in front of you. A small mascot, Zep, is the agent's cursor: it moves, clicks and types like a person, and a bubble above it says what it is doing, what it found and any question it has. You can stop it any time, and you can pick Zep up and move it out of the way. Voice: the wake phrase is matched on your computer against three recordings of your own voice, and nothing is sent to AssemblyAI until it matches. Only the command that follows is transcribed. Voice Lock keeps other voices, and the video playing beside you, from steering the browser. It stores features of the phrase, never audio, encrypted by Windows. It works on noisy laptop microphones, and you choose the microphone. Safety: a policy layer outside the model decides what is allowed. The agent asks only before spending money and at sign-in, and hands you the keyboard for passwords and card numbers. Page text is treated as data, never as instructions. Tested: 12 real tasks through the shipped browser with a live model, checked against what the page received, including a Hinglish command. Claude Opus 5.5 passed 12 of 12; Claude Sonnet 5.5, the default in the demo build, passed 10 of 12. Judges need no setup: the build ships a hosted key service, so no provider key is inside the browser.
