Robin Voice Ops is a voice operations agent for small/home-services businesses built on the AssemblyAI Voice Agent API. Callers can book appointments (with dispatcher approval gates), request services, and check job/order status over a natural voice call. Deep sponsor integration: session management, temporary-token auth, session resume, keyterms prompting, transcription prompt tuning, voice focus, semantic turn-taking with barge-in, word-level captions, and JSON-Schema function tools (check_availability, book_appointment, get_job_status, faq_search, escalate_to_human). Trust and safety: human approval queue for bookings, SHA-256 hash-chained audit log, caller memory across sessions, guardrails and PII handling. Measured on the live AssemblyAI API: 6/6 voice scenarios passing, p50 decision latency 1.81s, p95 3.77s; 25/25 offline tests.
