Public procurement is one of the largest markets in Europe, yet most small and medium businesses never take part. Tender notices are scattered, written in dense legal language, and buried in long PDFs full of eligibility rules, certifications and financial thresholds. Deciding whether a single tender is worth pursuing can take hours. Gara Facile turns that process into a few clicks. A business fills in a short profile: country, coverage area, what it offers, certifications and turnover. It can also upload supporting documents. The app then searches active notices on TED, the EU's official tenders portal, and an AI matching agent scores each contract against the profile, explaining why it fits or not. For any tender, Gara Facile reads the official documents, extracts every requirement (certifications, minimum turnover, experience, deadlines) and checks each one against the company's data. The result is a transparent GO or NO-GO verdict with a score and the evidence behind every decision, so the business knows exactly what it has and what it is missing. An assistant grounded in the company's own knowledge library answers follow-up questions. The eligibility logic is deterministic and auditable: AI extracts and explains, but the rules decide. The models run on AMD GPU compute, and the agents and workflows are orchestrated with Evolus. Profiles are anonymous and need no account.
