IFI Gatehouse

A commercial fence bid lives in a drawing set, a spec section and a stack of addenda. The costly mistakes are quiet ones: a gate width nobody stated, a spec that contradicts a drawing, an addendum that changes a quantity. A guess loses the job or wins it at a loss. Gatehouse reads the bid package, finds what the documents don't say, and holds the estimate until a named person decides. Three gates, all fail-closed. Scope: open models on the AMD Token Factory propose findings and quantities, each with sheet, page and quoted words; nothing enters scope until a person accepts. Labor: a deterministic engine prices every line from a pinned rate workbook; a person records the wage decision and picks a crew; ineligible crews can't be selected. Release: a named person releases the bid for proposal preparation; any scope change invalidates labor and release. AI interprets. Code calculates. Humans authorize. The Bid Desk is an Evolus agent, configured with Gemma-4-31B-IT, that walks the estimator through the gates in conversation. It reads project state and explains; it can't accept, select or release anything. Every reply is labelled LIVE, SIMULATED or UNAVAILABLE. AMD: Gemma-4-31B-IT on the AMD Token Factory parsed the package; Qwen3.8-27B on the AMD Token Factory read Addendum 02 (a real call, HTTP 200). The hosted demo replays recorded AMD runs and says so on screen. Verified: four whole-job plans match an independently built answer key to the cent (224 priced lines, 28 allocation comparisons). It is not blind verification, and every audit finding is published in the repo. Every export is labelled NOT BID READY and FICTIONAL. Planned at $250 a month per company.
