Team Idea
We are building an AI-powered voice interviewer that automates and personalizes the recruitment interview process. The agent analyzes the candidate’s CV, conducts dynamic HR and technical interviews, analyzes voice characteristics for stress-related indicators, evaluates responses, and adapts the next questions in real time. The project combines AssemblyAI’s voice capabilities with specialized AI models and an intelligent orchestration agent to create a more interactive and efficient interview experience.
