The platform transforms raw retail and product data into actionable insights using Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. Its main features include demand forecasting to estimate future product demand, stock risk prediction to identify potential shortages or overstocking, market trend analysis to detect products with increasing or decreasing demand, and price-demand analysis to explore how price changes may affect customer demand. MarketMind AI also integrates an AI Business Assistant that explains machine learning predictions in natural language, helping business owners understand market trends, identify potential risks, and make informed business decisions. The project combines a Next.js and TypeScript frontend with a Python FastAPI backend and Machine Learning models. It also includes a retail price prediction module and decision-support API endpoints. Our goal is to make AI-powered retail analytics more accessible to local businesses, helping them better understand their markets, manage inventory, and plan their business strategies using data-driven insights.
