We are building OmniDesk — an autonomous Voice AI receptionist for service businesses powered by AssemblyAI Voice Agents. OmniDesk handles inbound customer phone calls and website voice chats with ultra-low latency. It answers service inquiries, performs real-time calendar slot lookups, and completes end-to-end appointment bookings. Key capabilities include multi-turn tool calling, cloud database synchronization, automated confirmation emails with downloadable calendar (.ics) invites, and a drop-in embeddable script & React widget for any website.
