Temporal Anchoring: The agent calls `/api/tools/get_today` to establish real-time temporal grounding, eliminating date hallucinations. 2. Dynamic Slot Calculation: `/api/tools/check_availability` queries the business calendar to find valid booking slots, respecting operating hours and existing bookings. 3. Atomic Booking & Calendar Dispatch: `/api/tools/book_appointment` locks the slot, creates a booking record, and immediately fires a confirmation email with an attached RFC-compliant .ics calendar invite. 4. Phonetic Boost: Utilizes AssemblyAI KeyTerms to accurately transcribe industry-specific services and names. Architecture & Embeddability: OmniDesk features an intelligent dual-mode database (zero-config SQLite for instant local runs; Supabase PostgreSQL for cloud production) and multi-tenant isolation.
